  1  1    Amend House File 2342 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 322A.11, subsection 4, Code
  1  5 2003, is amended by adding the following new
  1  6 unnumbered paragraph:
  1  7    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  This subsection does not
  1  8 apply to dealerships located in a federally designated
  1  9 metropolitan statistical area, as defined by the
  1 10 United States office of management and budget, with a
  1 11 population of more than four hundred eighty thousand,
  1 12 as determined by the latest federal decennial census."
  1 13    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 14 word "to" the following:  "motor vehicles, motor
  1 15 vehicle dealerships, and".
  1 16    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
