  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8244, to House File 2484 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, line 12, by striking the word "ARE"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "AS".
  1  5    #2.  Page 20, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "affected" the following:  "and to an insurer
  1  7 organized under chapter 508 or 515, or otherwise
  1  8 authorized to conduct the business of insurance in
  1  9 this state".
