  1  1    Amend House File 2471 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 23, by striking the words "other
  1  3 state" and inserting the following:  "governmental
  1  4 entity from the other state sending the prisoners".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23, the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1  8 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  9    #3.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 10 word "state" the following:  ", and providing an
  1 11 effective date".
  1 12    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
