1 5 "Section 1. There is appropriated from the general
1 6 fund of the state to the state department of
1 7 transportation for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1 8 2004, and ending June 30, 2005, the following amount,
1 9 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
1 10 purpose designated:
1 11 For the rail assistance program and to provide
1 12 economic development project funding:
1 13 .................................................. $ 100,000"
1 14 #2. Title page, line 4, by inserting after the
1 15 words "tax fund," the following: "the general fund of
1 16 the state,".
1 17 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
