  1  1    Amend House File 2475 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 26, by striking the word "less"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "later".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 29, the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  IMPLEMENTATION.  In implementing this
  1  7 Act, the department may adopt rules pursuant to
  1  8 section 17A.4, subsection 2, and section 17A.5,
  1  9 subsection 2, paragraph "b".
  1 10    Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1 11 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1 12    #3.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 13 word "pigs" the following:  "and providing an
  1 14 effective date".
