1 8 following:
1 9 "Sec. . Section 602.7103B, subsection 5B, as
1 10 enacted by this Act, is amended by striking the
1 11 subsection."
1 12 #3. Page 7, by inserting after line 11 the
1 13 following:
1 14 "Sec. . EFFECTIVE DATE. The sections of this
1 15 Act striking section 602.6301, subsection 3, and
1 16 section 602.7103B, subsection 5B, take effect July 1,
1 17 2008."
1 18 #4. Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
1 19 word "magistrates" the following: ", and providing an
1 20 effective date".
