  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8072, to House File 2302 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 18, by striking lines 33 through 41 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "a.  On the next fifteen million dollars of
  1  6 adjusted gross receipts, twenty-one percent.
  1  7    b.  On the next fifteen million dollars of adjusted
  1  8 gross receipts, twenty-two percent.
  1  9    c.  On the next fifteen million dollars of adjusted
  1 10 gross receipts, twenty-three percent.
  1 11    d.  On the next fifteen million dollars of adjusted
  1 12 gross receipts, twenty-four percent.
  1 13    e.  On any amount of adjusted gross receipts over
  1 14 sixty-three million dollars, twenty-five percent."
