1 2 #1. Page 16, by inserting after line 12 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . NEW SECTION. 99F.4B COUNTY
1 5 DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUES.
1 6 If a county receives a portion of revenues from
1 7 gambling games from a licensee of a racetrack
1 8 enclosure that conducts gambling games, the county
1 9 shall distribute to each city in the county an amount
1 10 equal to ten percent of the annual payment to be made
1 11 at the end of each fiscal year to the owner of the
1 12 facility by the lessee of the facility, to be
1 13 distributed to the cities based upon the proportion of
1 14 the total actual value of all tax-exempt property in
1 15 the county which is located within cities in the
1 16 county. The distribution to each city in the county
1 17 shall be determined by the county assessor by
1 18 multiplying the total amount to be paid by the owner
1 19 of the facility to all cities in the county by the
1 20 percentage of the value of tax-exempt property located
1 21 in each city as a proportion of the total actual value
1 22 of all tax-exempt property located in all cities in
1 23 the county".
1 24 #2. Page 18, line 20, by inserting after the
1 25 figure "2004" the following: "and less an amount
1 26 equal to ten percent of the annual payment to be made
1 27 at the end of each fiscal year to the owner of the
1 28 facility by the lessee of the facility".
