1 2 #1. Page 7, by inserting before line 17, the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . Section 99D.9, Code 2003, is amended by
1 5 adding the following new subsection:
1 6 NEW SUBSECTION. 6A. A license shall not be
1 7 granted to a nonprofit corporation if the number of
1 8 members of the governing board of the nonprofit
1 9 corporation representing or having a financial
1 10 interest in a particular horse breed that would race
1 11 at the licensee's facility exceeds the number of
1 12 members of the governing board representing or having
1 13 a financial interest in another particular horse breed
1 14 that would race at the licensee's facility."
1 15 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
