  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "section" the following:  "unless the context
  1  4 otherwise requires".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 14 through 16, and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    "b.  "Use" means to take a photograph."
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 35, the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "5.  A political subdivision of the state or a
  1 11 private business or organization may set standards and
  1 12 requirements which are higher or more stringent than
  1 13 the standards and requirements imposed by this
  1 14 section."
