  1  1    Amend House File 700 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 44, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  CLASSIFICATION OF PICKUP TRUCKS.  The
  1  5 state department of transportation shall study a new
  1  6 classification system and definition of pickup trucks
  1  7 used for farm purposes or for commercial and business
  1  8 purposes.  Any recommendations and findings of the
  1  9 state department of transportation shall be reported
  1 10 to the general assembly by January 1, 2004."
