  1  1    Amend Senate File 440, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 422.12, subsection 2, Code
  1  6 2003, is amended by striking the subsection."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, by striking line 1 and inserting
  1  8 the following:  "An Act relating to tuition tax
  1  9 credits for individuals for tuition paid to certain
  1 10 accredited not-for-profit schools and to state aid
  1 11 provided to".
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
