  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1488, to Senate File 344, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 48 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  APPLICABILITY.  This division of this
  1  7 Act, relating to liability reform, applies to cases
  1  8 filed on or after July 1, 2003."
  1  9    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 47 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "Sec.    .  APPLICABILITY.  This division of this
  1 12 Act, relating to workers' compensation, applies to an
  1 13 injury occurring on or after July 1, 2003."
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
