1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as

1 4 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 9 the
1 5 following:
1 6 "# . Page 9, by inserting before line 15, the
1 7 following:
1 8 "Sec. . Section 915.14, Code 2003, is amended
1 9 to read as follows:
1 10 915.14 NOTIFICATION BY CLERK OF THE DISTRICT
1 11 COURT.
1 12 The clerk of the district court shall notify a
1 13 registered victim of all dispositional orders of the
1 14 case in which the victim was involved and may advise
1 15 the victim of any other orders regarding custody or
1 16 confinement. If a motion to reopen the sentence has
1 17 been filed pursuant to section 901.5B, the clerk of
1 18 the district court shall notify a registered victim of
1 19 the case in which the victim was involved. The notice
1 20 shall include the scheduled date, time, and place of
1 21 the hearing, and the clerk shall notify the victim of
1 22 a cancellation or postponement of any hearing
1 23 regarding the motion to reopen.""
