  1  1    Amend House File 683 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "8.  Notwithstanding any wage threshold provisions
  1  5 in programs administered by the department, a business
  1  6 receiving moneys appropriated under this section shall
  1  7 agree to provide an average wage to new and existing
  1  8 full-time employees of at least fifteen dollars per
  1  9 hour."
  1 10    #2.  Page 11, by inserting after line 26 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "4.  A business receiving moneys appropriated under
  1 13 this section shall agree to provide an average wage to
  1 14 new and existing full-time employees of at least
  1 15 fifteen dollars per hour."
