  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1357, to Senate File 422, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, line 13, by striking the words
  1  7 "five kilograms hundred grams" and inserting the
  1  8 following:  "five kilograms one kilogram".
  1  9    #   .  Page 1, by inserting after line 18 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "Sec.    .  Section 124.401, subsection 1,
  1 12 paragraph a, subparagraph (3), Code 2003, is amended
  1 13 to read as follows:
  1 14    (3)  More than fifty one hundred grams of a mixture
  1 15 or substance described in subparagraph (2) which
  1 16 contains cocaine base."
  1 17    #   .  Page 1, lines 33 and 34, by striking the
  1 18 words "five kilograms hundred grams" and inserting the
  1 19 following:  "five kilograms one kilogram".
  1 20    #   .  Page 2, line 2, by striking the word "fifty"
  1 21 and inserting the following:  "fifty one hundred"."
  1 22    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
