  1  1    Amend House File 457, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 7 through 14 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "living adulthood.  The
  1  5 written plan of services and needs assessment shall be
  1  6 developed with any person who may reasonably be
  1  7 expected to be a service provider for the child when
  1  8 the child becomes an adult or to become responsible
  1  9 for the costs of services at that time, including but
  1 10 not limited to the administrator of county general
  1 11 relief under chapter 251 or 252 or of the single entry
  1 12 point process implemented under section 331.440.  If
  1 13 the child is interested in pursuing".
  1 14    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 34 the
  1 15 following:
  1 16    "Sec.    .  Section 232.2, subsection 22, Code
  1 17 2003, is amended by adding the following new
  1 18 paragraph:
  1 19    NEW PARAGRAPH.  d.  If authorized by the court, a
  1 20 guardian ad litem may continue a relationship with and
  1 21 provide advice to a child for a period of time beyond
  1 22 the child's eighteenth birthday."
  1 23    #3.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 24 and correcting internal references as necessary.
