PAG LIN 1 1 Amend the amendment, H-1357, to Senate File 422, as 1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as 1 3 follows: 1 4 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the 1 5 following: 1 6 "# . Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the 1 7 following: 1 8 "Sec. . Section 124.212, subsection 5, 1 9 unnumbered paragraph 1, Code 2003, is amended to read 1 10 as follows: 1 11 Unless specifically excepted in paragraph "b"or1 12"c", or listed in another schedule, any material, 1 13 compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any 1 14 quantity of the following substance, including its 1 15 salts, optical isomers, and salts of such optical 1 16 isomers: 1 17 Sec. . Section 124.212, subsection 5, Code 1 18 2003, is amended by adding the following new paragraph 1 19 after paragraph a: 1 20 NEW PARAGRAPH. aa. Any dietary supplement if the 1 21 dietary supplement is a naturally occurring ephedrine 1 22 alkaloid or associated salts, isomers, salts of 1 23 isomers, or a combination of these substances that are 1 24 contained in a matrix of organic material. 1 25 Sec. . Section 124.212, subsection 5, paragraph 1 26 c, Code 2003, is amended by striking the paragraph."" 1 27 #2.
