  1  1    Amend House File 387, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 20, by striking the figure and
  1  4 word "1985 edition" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "1985 2000 edition".
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 6 through 14, and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  Section 225C.5, subsection 1, paragraph
  1  9 c, Code 2003, is amended to read as follows:
  1 10    c.  One member shall be an active board member of a
  1 11 community mental health center selected from nominees
  1 12 submitted by the Iowa association of community
  1 13 providers."
  1 14    #3.  Title page, by striking lines 2 and 3, and
  1 15 inserting the following:  "by expanding an".
