  1  1    Amend the amendment H-1332, to Senate File 393, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2, the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, by striking lines 1 and 2, and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  Section 7E.7, subsection 2, Code 2003,
  1  9 is amended to read as follows:
  1 10    2.  The agricultural development authority as
  1 11 established in section 175.3 shall be considered part
  1 12 of the department of agriculture and land stewardship.
  1 13 The department of agriculture and land stewardship
  1 14 office of treasurer of state.  The office may provide
  1 15 staff assistance and administrative support to the
  1 16 authority."
  1 17    #   .  Page 1, by striking lines 5 through 7, and
  1 18 inserting the following:
  1 19    "1.  a.  The agricultural development authority is
  1 20 established within the department of agriculture and
  1 21 land stewardship office of treasurer of state.  The
  1 22 authority is constituted as a public"."
