  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1216, to House File 619 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, line 23, by striking the word
  1  4 "Prescribing" and inserting the following:  "With the
  1  5 exception of drugs prescribed for the treatment of
  1  6 human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune
  1  7 deficiency syndrome, transplantation, or cancer and
  1  8 drugs prescribed for mental illness with the exception
  1  9 of drugs and drug compounds that do not have a
  1 10 significant variation in a therapeutic profile or side
  1 11 affect profile within a therapeutic class,
  1 12 prescribing".
  1 13    #2.  Page 5, by striking lines 26 through 37.
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
