  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1216, to House File 619 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, line 44, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "1." the following:  "a."
  1  5    #2.  Page 7, by inserting after line 47, the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "b.  The department of human services in
  1  8 collaboration with the university of Iowa pharmacy
  1  9 division of pharmaceutical socioeconomics shall
  1 10 conduct a cost of dispensing study.  Notwithstanding
  1 11 paragraph "a" based on the results of the dispensing
  1 12 study, the department shall establish a pharmacy
  1 13 dispensing fee equal to one hundred five percent of
  1 14 the average dispensing fee."
