  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1216, to House File 619 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 11, lines 34 and 35, by striking the
  1  4 words "may procure a sole source contract with a
  1  5 vendor" and inserting the following:  "shall issue a
  1  6 request for proposals or otherwise solicit bids from
  1  7 potential vendors".
