  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 16 and 17, and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "department or local
  1  4 authority, or the Iowa department of public health
  1  5 following transfer of the matter to the Iowa
  1  6 department of public health pursuant to section
  1  7 453A.2, subsection 5A , in addition to the other
  1  8 penalties fixed for such".
  1  9    #2.  Page 3, line 33, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "program" the following:  "which is approximately one
  1 11 hour in length as".
