  1  5    #3.  Page 21, by striking lines 8 through 10 and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    "4.  The lawn crypt is capable of withstanding
  1  8 the".
  1  9    #4.  Page 21, by striking lines 16 through 19 and
  1 10 inserting the following:
  1 11    "6.  The lawn crypt shall be installed in
  1 12 compliance with any applicable law or rule adopted by
  1 13 the department of public health."
  1 14    #5.  Page 22, lines 9 and 10, by striking the words
  1 15 "at least one and one-half feet below the surface of
  1 16 the ground and be".

  1 31    "12.  Relocations and disinterments of human
  1 32 remains shall be done in compliance with sections
  1 33 144.32 and 144.34."
  1 34    #12.  By striking page 47, line 31 through page 49,
  1 35 line 22.
  1 36    #13.  Page 96, by inserting after line 24 the
  1 37 following:
  1 38    "Sec.   .  NEW SECTION.  523I.1414  VIOLATIONS OF
  1 39 LAW – REFERRALS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.
  1 40    If the commissioner discovers a violation of a
  1 41 provision of this chapter or any other state law or
  1 42 rule concerning the disposal or transportation of
  1 43 human remains, the commissioner shall forward all
  1 44 evidence in the possession of the commissioner
  1 45 concerning such a violation to the department of
  1 46 public health for such proceedings as the department
  1 47 of public health deems appropriate."
