  1  1    Amend House File 330 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 19 through 22, and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "order if the custody order
  1  4 included establishment of a parenting agreement in
  1  5 which the parents agreed to cohabitation of a parent
  1  6 as grounds for modification of the custody order.  If
  1  7 the court determines that such parenting agreement
  1  8 exists and that the cohabitation is a substantial
  1  9 change in circumstances, the court may modify the
  1 10 custody order if the modification is in the best
  1 11 interest of the minor child."
