  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "services." the following:  "The county of legal
  1  4 settlement shall pay for the nonfederal share of the
  1  5 cost of services provided under the waiver and the
  1  6 state shall pay for the nonfederal share of such costs
  1  7 if the person does not have a county of legal
  1  8 settlement."
