  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1074, to House File 549, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  By striking page 2, line 11, through page
  1  6 4, line 16."
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "#   .  Page 7, line 1, by striking the figures "2,
  1 10 3," and inserting the following:  "3".
  1 11    #   .  Page 7, by striking lines 3 through 17.
  1 12    #   .  Page 7, line 22, by striking the figures "2
  1 13 2A" and inserting the following:  "2".
  1 14    #   .  Page 7, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1 15 "agency." the following:  "However, notwithstanding
  1 16 the provisions of section 273.8, subsection 2, the
  1 17 notice of the time, date, and place of the director
  1 18 district convention shall be published at least thirty
  1 19 days prior to the day of the district convention in at
  1 20 least one newspaper of general circulation in the
  1 21 director district."
