  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1042, to House File 453 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  Page 2, by striking lines 2 through 14."
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "year." the following:  "A business shall not receive
  1  8 more than three million dollars from the fund during
  1  9 the existence of the fund."
  1 10    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
