1 7 fund of the state to the state board of regents forty-
1 8 five thousand dollars for purposes of providing a
1 9 single point of contact to assist in the
1 10 implementation of this chapter."

1 12 "262B.6" and inserting the following: "262B.11".
1 13 #4. Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the word
1 14 "businesses." the following: "The program shall
1 15 include the three universities under the control of
1 16 the state board of regents and all accredited private
1 17 universities located in the state."
1 18 #5. Page 3, line 22, by inserting after the word
1 19 "department" the following: "for each of the five
1 20 years following the tax year in which the business is
1 21 approved under the program".
