  1  1    Amend House Concurrent Resolution 4 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 16, line 1, by inserting after the words
  1  3 "means bills," the following:  "government oversight
  1  4 bills,".
  1  5    #2.  Page 16, by striking lines 16 through 18 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "an appropriations, or ways
  1  7 and means, or government oversight bill for the
  1  8 purposes of this rule, the appropriations committee,
  1  9 or the ways and means committee, or the government
  1 10 oversight committee must either be the".
  1 11    #3.  Page 16, line 23, by striking the figure
  1 12 "10th" and inserting the following:  "10th 9th".
