1 40 related benefits of employees of the elected state
1 41 executive officers due to employee turnover during the
1 42 fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June
1 43 30, 1999, the balances shall be transferred to the
1 44 health facilities division of the department of
1 45 inspections and appeals not later than March 1, 1999,
1 46 and shall be used to pay the salary, support, and
1 47 miscellaneous expenses of a building inspector
1 48 position."
