BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1. Section 15E.370, subsection 4, paragraph e, Code
2023, is amended to read as follows:
e. The business must employ less than fifty seventy-five
full-time, nonseasonal individuals.
Sec. 2. APPLICABILITY. This Act applies to businesses that
apply on or after July 1, 2023, to the butchery innovation and
revitalization program established in section 15E.370.
