BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1. Section 321.453, subsection 1, Code 2023, is
amended by adding the following new paragraph:
NEW PARAGRAPH. e. Hydroexcavation equipment used primarily
for digging and excavation when moved or moving upon a highway
that is not a portion of the interstate.
