3BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
4SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two
5houses of the 2023 session of the Ninetieth General
6Assembly be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at
710:00 a.m.;and
8BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Chief Justice Susan
9Christensen be invited to present her message of the
10condition of the judicial branch at this convention,
11and recommend such matters as the Chief Justice deems
12expedient, pursuant to section 602.1207 of the Code.
