Educated in Monona and Guttenberg public schools, graduated from high school in 1918. He has been a sales representative for many years with Brown Shoe Company. Besides his sales work he is a farm owner and president of Eitman shoe store at Fort Madison. A Methodist, a Mason and member of the Elks. He and Mrs. Abel were married in the Little Brown church at Nashua. Serving second term.
