S.F. 2306 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 68A.402C Notification of amendment 1 of a disclosure report. 2 Beginning September 1 of each election year, as defined 3 in section 68A.402, subsection 10, within one working day 4 of receiving a document adding to, deleting, or changing 5 information on a disclosure report in the amount of at least 6 two hundred fifty dollars from a candidate whose name will 7 appear on a ballot to be a state senator or representative 8 or a statewide elected official as defined in section 68B.2, 9 the board shall notify all other candidates for the same 10 position in the same election, who have organized a candidate’s 11 committee pursuant to section 68A.202 and have submitted a 12 written request for notification in a manner prescribed by 13 the board, by electronic mail that the candidate has filed an 14 amended disclosure report.
