Section 8C.9, Code 2024, is amended to read as 1 follows: 2 8C.9 Repeal. 3 This chapter is repealed July 1, 2025 2035 . 4 EXPLANATION 5 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 6 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 7 The Iowa cell siting Act (ICSA) regulates the placement 8 of wireless facilities and associated infrastructure.
