adopted
by
the

The

Under
current
law,
a
vehicle
or
combination
of
vehicles

transporting
materials
or
equipment
on
nonprimary
highways

to
or
from
a
construction
project
or
commercial
plant
site

may
operate
under
the
maximum
gross
weight
table
for
primary

highways
or
the
maximum
gross
weight
table
for
noninterstate
31
highways.
This
bill
applies
the
provision
to
such
vehicles

operating
on
a
paved
highway
that
is
not
otherwise
restricted

for
weight.
The
bill
provides
that
when
operating
on
a
highway
34
that
is
not
paved
and
not
otherwise
restricted
for
weight,
such
