EXPANSION.
There
is
appropriated
from
the

general
fund
of
the
state
to
the
department
of
public
health

for
the
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2019,
and
ending
June

30,
2020,
in
addition
to
any
other
funds
appropriated
for
the

same
purpose,
the
following
amount
or
so
much
thereof
as
is

necessary
for
the
purposes
designated:

To
continue
the
department’s
initiative
to
provide
for

adequate
developmental
surveillance
and
screening
during
a
9
child’s
first
five
years
through
the
1st
five
healthy
mental
10
development
initiative
by
expanding
the
initiative
statewide
to

include
the
remaining
counties
of
Cherokee,
Clinton,
Ida,
Iowa,

Jackson,
Johnson,
Lyon,
Plymouth,
Scott,
Sioux,
and
