H.F. 2603 Section 1. Section 15F.204, Code 2020, is amended by adding 1 the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 1A. Commencing with the fiscal year 3 beginning July 1, 2020, and for each fiscal year thereafter, 4 there is appropriated from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund 5 to the economic development authority ten million dollars for 6 deposit in the community attraction and tourism fund. 7 EXPLANATION 8 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 9 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 10 This bill creates a standing limited appropriation of 11 $10 million from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund to the 12 economic development authority for deposit in the community 13 attraction and tourism fund beginning with FY 2020-2021. 14 -1- LSB 6240YH (2) 88 ko/tm 1/ 1
