H.F. 2021 Section 1. RESCISSION OF AMENDMENT TO ADMINISTRATIVE RULE. 1 1. The amendment to 281 Iowa administrative code, rule 2 44.3, subrule 58, paragraph “b”, as appearing in ARC 4637C, as 3 published in the Iowa administrative bulletin, volume XLII, 4 number 5, dated August 28, 2019, p. 572, is rescinded. 5 2. As soon as practicable, the Iowa administrative code 6 editor shall restore the language of the Iowa administrative 7 code rule referenced in subsection 1 to the language that 8 existed on August 27, 2019. 9 EXPLANATION 10 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 11 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 12 This bill rescinds an amendment to an administrative 13 rule adopted by the department of education that requires 14 three-point lap-shoulder belts to be installed in all new 15 school buses.
