The license fees are required by 32 Article VII, section 9 of the Iowa Constitution and by Code 33 section 456A.19 to accrue to the state fish and game protection 34 fund and to be expended by the department of natural resources 35 -3- LSB 1029SS (7) 87 av/nh 3/ 4
