H.F. 440 Section 1. Section 176A.8, subsection 14, Code 2017, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 14. To file with the county auditor and to publish in 3 two newspapers of general circulation in the district before 4 August September 1 full and detailed reports under oath of all 5 receipts, from whatever source derived, and expenditures of 6 such county agricultural extension education fund showing from 7 whom received, to whom paid and for what purpose for the last 8 fiscal year. 9 EXPLANATION 10 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 11 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 12 This bill relates to the required deadline for county 13 agricultural extension councils to file and publish reports. 14 The bill provides extension councils an additional month 15 to prepare full and detailed reports of all receipts and 16 expenditures from the county agricultural extension education 17 fund. 18 -1- LSB 2328HV (1) 87 sr/rj 1/ 1
