Criminal
record
——

application
for
licensure.

If
the
administrative
rules
governing
an
executive
branch
3
administrative
unit
that
regulates
a
profession
prevent
4
persons
with
a
criminal
record
from
applying
for
a
license,
5
certificate,
registration,
or
other
authorization
to
practice
6
the
profession,
the
administrative
unit
shall
adopt
rules
to
7
provide
a
waiver
process
to
allow
such
persons
to
apply
for
a
8
license,
certificate,
registration,
or
other
authorization.

This
bill
requires
executive
branch
administrative
units

that
regulate
a
profession
to
adopt
rules
