H.F. 324 Section 1. Section 321I.9, subsection 3, Code 2017, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 3. All-terrain vehicles or off-road utility vehicles used 3 exclusively primarily as farm implements. 4 EXPLANATION 5 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 6 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 7 This bill provides that registration is not required for 8 all-terrain vehicles or off-road utility vehicles that are used 9 primarily, instead of exclusively, as farm implements. 10 -1- LSB 2305YH (3) 87 av/nh 1/ 1
