S.F. 72 Section 1. Section 455C.5, subsection 2, Code 2015, is 1 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 2 NEW PARAGRAPH . d. The beverage container contains wine as 3 defined in section 123.3. 4 EXPLANATION 5 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 6 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 7 This bill provides that beverage containers containing wine 8 are not required to have the beverage container refund value 9 affixed to the container. 10 -1- LSB 1802XS (2) 86 tr/nh 1/ 1
