APPROPRIATION.
There
is
appropriated
from
the
general

fund
of
the
state
to
the
road
use
tax
fund
for
the
fiscal
year
3
beginning
July
1,
2015,
and
ending
June
30,
2016,
the
following

amount,
to
be
used
for
the
purposes
designated:

Notwithstanding
section
312.2,
312.3,
312.3C,
or
312.3D,
or

any
other
provision
to
the
contrary,
the
moneys
appropriated

pursuant
to
this
section
shall
be
used
for
construction,

reconstruction,
and
improvement
projects
on
bridges
within
the
10
secondary
road
system.
The
treasurer
of
state
shall
distribute
11
the
amount
appropriated
under
this
section
for
deposit
in
the
12
secondary
road
funds
of
the
counties
as
follows:

1.
The
first
$99,000,000
shall
be
allocated
to
each
county
14
on
an
equal
basis.
15
2.
The
remaining
$101,000,000
shall
be
allocated
to
the
16
counties
on
a
per
capita
basis.

The
inclusion

this

does

the
members

the
general
assembly.

This
bill
appropriates
$200
million
from
the
general
fund
21
of
the
state
to
the
road
use
tax
fund
for
FY
2015-2016
for
22
construction,
reconstruction,
and
improvement
projects
on
23
bridges
within
the
secondary
road
system.
The
bill
directs
24
the
treasurer
of
state
to
distribute
the
first
$99
million
to
25
each
county
equally,
and
the
remaining
$101
million
is
to
be
26
distributed
to
the
counties
on
a
per
capita
basis.
