Section
91A.9,
subsection
3,
Code

is

engaging
in
public
relations
and
outreach

efforts
to
promote
compliance
with
and
enforcement
of
this

chapter.

Standing
appropriation.

There
is
appropriated
annually
from
the
general
fund

of
the
state
to
the
division
of
labor
services
one
hundred

seventy-five
thousand
dollars,
or
so
much
thereof
as
is

necessary,
for
the
enforcement
of
the
wage
theft
provisions
of
25
this
chapter.
