H.F. 105 Section 1. Section 364.3, Code 2013, is amended by adding 1 the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 11. A city that operates and maintains 3 parking meters, either on-street or off-street, shall not 4 enforce any ordinance related to parking at such parking meters 5 against an owner of a vehicle bearing purple heart plates 6 issued pursuant to section 321.34, subsection 18. 7 EXPLANATION 8 This bill prohibits cities from enforcing certain 9 parking-related ordinances against an owner of a vehicle 10 bearing purple heart plates. 11 -1- LSB 1651YH (3) 85 aw/nh 1/ 1
